I KNEW I was going to be a millionaire.
After my first 3 years in business I had made a total of $135,023 in revenue.
My profit was $1,620 in 3 years!!!
“So much for becoming a millionaire” I thought to myself.
But in year 4, I accidentally discovered the formula for success.
I found someone who had achieved what I wanted & I did everything I could to get a relationship with him.
That successful person happened to be a young Alex Hormozi. 🙏
With the help of a proven business system & a relationship with a successful person my business exploded.
In 2017, my personal training gym jumped to $342,158 in revenue & netted $71,617 profit.
It was life changing.
For the next 2 years I stacked cash.
And in May of 2019, I bought my first real estate investment. 🏠
It was a single family home that I put 25% down on. [$66,655 down payment]
3 months later I bought my second investment property where I put 20% down. ($50,907 down payment)
And on the last day of 2019 I bought a duplex that I lived in one unit & the second unit was a short term rental.($32,097 down payment)
We added an additional short term rental unit to this property & now had a new problem.

After failing to find consistent, reliable cleaners… I asked my wife a question.

And in 2023, we grew that cleaning business to $1,133,951 in revenue.
With a take home profit of $218,153.
In 2024 that business grew to $1,298,272
And netted $278,001.
Also in 2024, I started a second cleaning business in an entirely different state.
