I remember when I made my first $100,000. I was just getting by as a personal trainer and I decided to open my own gym. I was really skeptical when I was approached by a guy who said he could fill my gym up in 30 days, but I decided to go for it. I followed his system and made my first sale. I quickly realized that I needed a plan for all this money. My wife and I decided that we would invest in real estate once we had our first $100,000 in the bank. We hit that goal in just a few months and it was a game changer. We were able to buy three cars that we always wanted. It was so exciting to hit that goal and it showed me that if you have a plan for your money,
