And one of the best ways you can do that is called looking for money you already have that you don't even realize you have. And a lot of that can be trapped in your homes equity."
I've used a variety of different loans to finance my $10 million real estate portfolio, including HELOCs, bridge loans, and 30-year mortgages. I'm often asked if you can get a HELOC on an investment property, and the answer is yes.
