"All the riches are on the other side of a few direct conversations."
I was recently having dinner with my mentors, Alex and Leila, and we were talking about the importance of communication. Leila told me that "all the riches are on the other side of a few direct conversations." I took this to mean that our ability to communicate with ourselves, our teams, and the people around us is what will allow us to grow as individuals and in our businesses. I thought about how this applied to my own life and realized that there are many relationships that have slowly soured over time because I haven't had the tough conversations that I need to have. I committed to myself to start having those conversations more frequently, and it has made a world of difference.
In this episode, you will learn the following: 1. The importance of leverage in business 2. The importance of communication in relationships 3. The importance of systems and automation in business
