I didn't have the money or time to commit to a costly coaching program, so I decided to do some research on my own.
I discovered the Bigger Pockets podcast.
I listened to every single episode from the beginning.
The knowledge and inspiration I gained from successful investors was invaluable.
Fast forward to today and I've built a portfolio of over 10 million dollars.
4 million of that coming in 2022 alone.
